ON-LINE DATA BASE NOW AVAILABLE FOR END-OF-SEASON REPORTING 6/11/2007

The on-line database has been updated to accommodate end-of-season reporting for the entire State.  All California counties have been set up although only 38 have reported in the past.  Monitors, County Coordinators and trails including number of boxes has been pre-entered for your convenience.

Each trail monitor and county administrator who sent results to CBRP in the previous three years has been pre-entered into the database tables and assigned a userid and password.  In general userids and passwords were formed by concatenating the first letter of your first name to your last name; e.g., Dick Blaine would be assigned the userid and password: dblaineThe password should be changed ASAP to keep your personal information private.  If a monitor/administrator is active in more than one county than append the first two characters of the county name to the userid and password; for example if Dick Blaine monitors trials in Santa Clara and Los Angeles counties, then the login/passwords are dblaineSA and dblaineLO respectively.  If  several people jointly monitor a trail than each grouping is assigned a different userid/password.  Contact your county coordinator or me if you are unable to logon.

Please enter the latitude and longitude for the midpoint of the “trail” or at least the ZIP code for use by Cornell University.

Also, check the pre-entered trail information and your personal information for accuracy.

Note that provision has been made in the Nestbox Results screen for comments and for Field Notes for Bluebirds Fly.

Please see the information in http://cbrp.org in the section END OF SEASON REPORTING for additional information.

Hopefully, this on-line database will make end of season reporting less of a burden on you.
